For wealthy car enthusiasts, having a Porsche assortment is quite usual. To truly stand out, one must create something distinctive and exceptional—items that are unique or have not been previously discovered. The White Compilation exemplifies this perfectly, combining various models following the same concept. This exceptional collection is now set to be auctioned.

The assembly is a precise and enigmatic entity, with the Porsche Club of America gaining a glimpse behind the scenes back in 2018. The precise location and owner remain undisclosed. The theme is all-encompassing, with white automobiles in a white edifice featuring white walls and furnishings. Inside are some of the top-notch vehicles ever crafted by Porsche, the majority of them white or a similar hue. This expansive collection is scheduled for auction through RM Sotheby’s on Dec. 1 and 2, at a location described as a sanctuary devoted to Porsche, according to the press release.

According to the auction details, the collection encompasses the entirety of Porsche’s evolution, ranging from its early sports automobiles to its contemporary production. The collection comprises 63 vehicle lots, with 56 bearing the Porsche emblem. Additionally, there are twoPorsche farm machines, accompanied by various Porsche souvenirs in pristine condition all set to go under the hammer, adding up to more than 500 items collectively.

The headline act in this auction event is the 2015 Porsche 918 Spyder, equipped with the highly sought-after Weissach package. The vehicle underwent extensive customization, with a sum exceeding $96,000 invested in exquisite details through Porsche’s Exclusive Manufaktur scheme.

As per the seller, this car was customized with extremely exclusive features that were not feasible for standard customers, especially in the interior. It boasts a Grand Prix White finish paired with striking Yachting Blue upholstery. For avid collectors, this particular unit has only covered 12 miles and is estimated to fetch between $2.5 to $3 million in the auction.

Among the noteworthy items is the 1993 Porsche 911 Carrera RSR 3.8, essentially a race-tuned vehicle modified to be more street-friendly. Featuring a distinctive red interior, numerous trim elements are adorned with white leather. From gauge bezels and air vents to door locks and roll bars, they all received a luscious leather treatment, as did the rollbars and fire extinguisher lines. Notable race-oriented components include the air-jack system, 120-liter fuel cell, and a “Le Mans” race-spec engine. Despite having just 70 kilometers (43 miles) on the odometer, the engine has been frequently started and run to maintain optimal health during its tenure in the White Collection.

On the contrary, some of the vehicles in this assortment sport off-white hues. Starting from 1956, Porsche’s whitest tone was an ivory shade with a subtle yellow undertone. A 1959 Porsche 356A Carrera 1600 from the collection wears this color elegantly, distinguishing itself from the rest. Additionally, there’s a 1979 911 Turbo Coupe in a sandy Band-Aid beige along with a 1953 Porsche 356 in a charming burgundy tone. Enthusiasts of contemporary Porsche models will appreciate that most are finished in more modern pure white tones.

Other items up for grabs include vintage advertising posters, Porsche umbrellas, and even a beautifully crafted sled. Moreover, there’s an exquisite set of Rothmans-branded travel bags that would perfectly complement your Porsche 959 at the next Radwood meetup or Goodwood event. If you’ve been seeking an unconventional piece of Porsche collectibles, this would be an ideal place to explore.

If you’re searching for a Porsche within a reasonable budget, this auction may not be the ideal choice. However, if you’re interested in purchasing some of the most exquisite Porsches from the past 70 years or other incredibly rare collector’s items, then exploring the White Collection sale this December would be highly recommended.
