The Lamborghini Aventador LP750-4 SV Roadster is already an impressive vehicle, but Lamborghini aimed for even more power with the introduction of the Aventador SV and SV Roadster. With only 500 units of the 6.5-liter V12 Roadster produced and priced at $530,075, its market was extremely exclusive. For those unable to find a Roadster, the Aventador S is available for a reduced price of $421,350, still offering a significant upgrade from the standard Aventador. Yet, there are some tuning companies that believe even that is not enough.
German performance tuning company Novitec has recently modified an SV Roadster, pushing its limits even further. Digital Trends
reports that Novitec has outfitted the Aventador SV Roadster with a comprehensive package that includes increased power, larger wheels, enhanced carbon fiber features, optimized aerodynamics, and a bespoke exhaust system. This performance enhancement has boosted the Aventador’s formidable V12 engine to a staggering 970 horsepower—an increase of 220 horsepower compared to the standard SV Roadster.
This upgraded SV Roadster is the latest addition to Novitec’s lineup, which also features custom-tuned Huracáns and the Aventador SV Coupe. According to Novitec’s website, a tuned version of the Aventador S is expected to be released soon.
One might wonder, “Why go to such lengths?” The answer is straightforward: it simply wouldn’t be a Lamborghini if it didn’t push the boundaries of absurdity.
