Richard Myrick is a trained architect (Lawrence Technological University, Southfield, Michigan) who began his professional journey in real estate development and architectural planning. In September 2010, he launched Mobile Cuisine Magazine after recognizing a lack of available information while researching how to create a mobile hotdog cart in Chicago. Richard discovered that there was no centralized source of mobile street food knowledge online, and this realization led to the creation of MCM.
